Independent Houses

Qestral villages offer independent living in mostly stand-alone houses. There are a variety of designs with two or three bedroom, and single or double garage options, all with private outdoor living areas.

The Butler

For an extra level of service in independent houses, the villages offer The Butler service. Additional benefits of The Butler include:

A nutritious and convenient main meal delivered to your door 5 days per week, with your choice of either dinner or lunch.
Weekly cleaning services chosen from a range of options.
A weekly laundry service, with the option to use the village's linen, delivered freshly laundered each week.

Premium Care Facilities

Qestral villages have resthome/hospital-level care in state-of-the-art care centres, all featuring new-age technology and facilities. Large, apartment-sized care suites, individual decks and landscaped gardens are just some of the premium features of a Qestral Care Centre. Specialised dementia care facilities are present in most villages.
