Alpine View, situated in Waitikiri, Christchurch, provides state-of-the-art facilities in a resort-style complex with award-winning gardens. The village includes stand-alone independent houses and villas, serviced houses, serviced apartments and resthome/hospital-level care in the care centre.

Burlington

Burlington Village is a premium, architecturally designed village located in Redwood, Christchurch. The village has three hectares of lakes and has been designed to be open and tranquil, with no buildings over two storeys in height. Burlington has independent houses, serviced apartments, a care centre and dementia facilities.

Coastal View

Coastal View is located in the sunny Tahunanui Hills of Nelson. The village looks over Tasman Bay out to Rabbit Island on one side and the lower slopes of the Grampian Hills on the other. It is less than 10 minutes from the beach or the city centre. The village has houses for independent living, an on-site premium care centre with resthome/hospital-level care, and a separate boutique dementia facility.

Banbury Park

Banbury Park, located in Halswell, Christchurch, is a north-facing, 12-hectare village, within walking distance of the local Halswell shopping centre. It is surrounded by open green spaces, and walking areas such as the Halswell Quarry and Westlake reserve. The village offers spacious independent houses, premium resthome/hospital-level care facilities, and a separate specialised dementia centre.

Ashbury Heights is located on a hilltop in the peaceful suburb of Maunu, Whangarei. The village has wonderful views and is adjacent to expansive residential estates. Ashbury Heights' Care Centre and first stage of independent houses opened in January 2025. The care facility offers premium resthome/hospital-level care.

Future Villages

Broadwater

Broadwater is located in the new Peacocke land area of Hamilton. This north-facing site has a 650 m frontage along the Waikato River. It neighbours a new bridge, over the river, towards the Hamilton Gardens and an adjacent residential area. The village is currently in the planning and design stage.
